Daniel Miller, Roxanne Berube, and Jazmine Lyon Edson’s triple homicide victims

RCMP are investigating a gruesome homicide scene in Edson Alberta, where Daniel Miller 46, Roxanne Berube 36, and Jazmine Lyon 16 were found on November 29th.

Police were called to the home, but said the call came from outside the home, but couldn’t be more specific.

Police arrested Mickell Clayton Bailey, 19, of Edson, has been charged with two counts of First Degree Murder in the deaths of Berube and Lyon, and one count of Second Degree Murder in the death of Miller.

Candace Monias beaten to death

Candace Monias 28, was found inside a home by police without vital signs on November 28th in Tuxedo Avenue. Monias, from Garden Hill First Nation, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Monias, was badly beaten during an argument with her partner Charley Harper, 29.

Harper has since been charged with Second degree murder.

Kathleen Mary Wood Murdered by her husband Alistair Bruce Wood

Alistair Bruce Wood 83, has been  accused of killing his wife Kathleen Mary Wood 84.

Police were called to a home in the Village by the Arboretum  in Guelph on the morning of Nov 25th where they found Kathleen Wood deceased.

Police have not released any information about how the victim died.

Few details are being released, but police say there is no risk to public safety.

Jose Fernandez charged with the murder of his wife

Jose Fernandez has been charged with first degree murder in the death of his wife.

South Simcoe police found the deceased body of the 49 year old woman inside their Colborne Street residence in Bradford on November 21.

No other details have been released at this time

Colin Ernest Monroe gunned down in an alley

Colin Ernest Monroe 37, was found dead in a northwest Calgary alleyway on November 22nd. Police have confirmed that Munroe died of a gun shot wound. Munroe had organized crime ties in the past, however police believe his death is not connected to any recent Calgary violence.

Police have no suspects at this time, and the investigation continues.

Emily Houston’s attacker will not be charged in her death

84 year old Emily Houston died July 25 as result of being pushed by another resident at a Kamloops Seniors home. The assault happened on July 15th, Houston died in hospital from her injuries 10 days later.

Though Houston’s death was ruled a homicide by the BC Coroners office. The accused is resident suffering from dementia, meaning the assaliant will not be charged.
