OPP were called to an apartment building on King Street East on February 18th at approximately 1:00pm on the report of a man with a gunshot wound.
Police and paramedics arrived to find Alexander Tobin, 18, suffering from a gunshot wound. Tobin was rushed to hospital where he died of his injuries.
Police arrested Aaron Simmonds, 23 and Zachary Simmonds, 18, both of Bethany and charged both with second-degree murder.
