Two sailors, Daniel Archbald and Ryan Daley were last seen on May 16th leaving Ucluelet Small Craft Harbour, after docking 3 days earlier after an 8 week Panama to BC sail.

BC RCMP reported that human remains were found in the Ucluelet  area by a woman walking her dog. Te remains were sent to be identified, and on June 29th The Vancouver Island Integrated Major Crime Unit (VIIMCU)confirmed that the human remains are those of Ryan Daley, 43, and Daniel Archbald, 37.

Investigators are treating the deaths as homicides and not a random incident.
