Toronto Homicide 44 & 45 – Two dead after a shooting in Rebel night club parking lot

Toronto Police were called to the parking lot of the popular waterfront night club Rebel, on October 1st at 3:12 am on report of a shooting.

On arrival police located one victim, believed to be in his 20’s without vital signs. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The second victim was found in critical condition, and was rushed to hospital where he was pronounced deceased.

The victims will not be identified until next of kin is notified.

Update October 3
The victims have been identified as Zemarai Khan Mohammed, 26, and Tyler Mclean, 25, both of Toronto.

On Monday October 2nd police obtained a search warrant and arrested Abdirisaq Ali, 23, of Toronto, and Tanade Mohamed, 24, of Edmonton. Both Ali and Mohamed have been charged with two counts of second degree murder.
