Toronto police responded to a call for Sound of Gunshots at 70 Spadina Road On May 23rd at approximately 4:40pm.
Police arrived on scene and located 21-year-old Abbegail Elliott, of Toronto, in an apartment suffering from obvious signs of trauma. Elliott was rushed to hospital where she died of her injuries.
Police believe the murder is related to a Gunshots call that officers responded to on Monday, May 21, 2018 at the same address.
Saria Lopez Iglesias, 26, of Toronto, and David Obregon Castro, 25, or Toronto have both been charged with first degree murder.
