Pokesudie RCMP responded to a report of two people fighting in a blueberry field along Highway 145 on September 2nd at 12:30pm.

Police arrived at the scene to find 27 year old Steven Gauvin dead. Tom LeBouthillier of Pokesudie was arrested at the scene and sent for a has been sent for a 30-day psychiatric assessment for the second degree murder of his friend Gauvin.

Police have not released the cause of death.
