Surrey Mounties responted to reports of gunfire and an injured man on Antrim Road at around 8pm on July 31. Police arrived to find 27 year old Sean Christopher Kelly severely injured.
Kelly was rushed to hospital where he died a shot time later.
Police have not released the cause of death or any suspects at this time.

Surrey police were called to the 14300 block of 90A Avenue on July 23, at approximately 10:30 pm on reports of a shooting. Police arrived to find Jatinder Sandhu 28, and his friend Sean Pasha injured.
The pair had just come from a coffee when they were shot at while parked in Pasha’s driveway. The two men were rushed to hospital where Sandhu died from a head wound. Pasha was treated for a non life threatening gunshot wound.
Police have no suspects at this time.
Brendan Aditya Chand 27, was found dead in Whalley’s Bog Park on July 3rd at around 2pm. Police said that it appeared he died of a gunshot wound. Police said they received reports of gunshots in the area on July 2nd.
No Suspects have been named at this time.

RCMP were called to a residence on 128A Street in Surrey, March 20th after reports of an altercation. On arrival they found two injured women, a 35 year old woman suffering non life threatening injuries and a 61 year old woman who died at the scene.
Sukhvir Badhesa 39, who is related to both of the women has been charged with second degree murder, aggravated assault and uttering threats.
Cause of death has not been released.
What first appeared to be a fatal car crash is now being investigated as a murder. Police were called on March 11th on reports of a car that struck a tree.
The victim was rushed to hospital where he later died from his injuries. The injuries sustained were not consistent with a car crash which has lead the death of the man to be deemed a homicide.
The victims name and cause of death have not been released at this time.

RCMP were called to the area of 152nd and 66A avenues on November 21 in Surrey, on reports of gunfire. Two men were found in a car with serious gunshot wounds.
Surinder Hehar 45 who was getting picked up for work was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other was rushed to hospital with non life-threatening injuries.

Police were called to Hanson Road around 5:30 p.m on August 12th on repoets of an altercation.
Police say David Hennessey 27 was found with stab wounds. He was transported to hospital where he died a short time after. A second man was treated in hospital and has since been arrested in Hennessey’s death. No charges have been laid at this time.
Gordon Alexander David, the man accused of killing his spouse, 23-year old Cady Quaw, in Surrey, B.C. May 10th, has been arrested in Vancouver. He faces charges of manslaughter and aggravated assault, according to homicide investigators.
Police say Quaw, 23, died from her injuries but they are not identifying the second woman who remains in critical condition in hospital. Gordon will be facing aggrivated assault charges in the case of the un-named woman.
He was arrested by Vancouver police while walking on Granville Street.
A street-level drug trade in Surrey that has resulted in lots of shootings has claimed the life of Arun Bains, and RCMP worry that retaliation may soon follow.
Twenty-two year old Arun Paul Singh Bains died April 19th, hours after shots were fired at 3 a.m.in Surrey.
The RCMP has not confirmed whether this latest shooting is connected to a recent violence between gangs, but they did say they believed this was a targeted shooting.
The rival gangs are of Somali and South Asian descent.
A man is dead following an altercation April 17th in Surrey. Police say the victim’s body was found at a residence by his roommates the day following the altercation.
No charges have been laid at this time.
