On Tuesday May 10th Regina police were called to the area of Elphinstone Street at around 7:30 pm on reports of an injured man.
Police arived to find Wilburn Campbell 37 collapsed on the sidewalk. Campbell was rushed to hospital where he died shortly after arrival.
Cause of death has not been released at this time.

Andre Aubertin, 56, was found seriously injured in North central Regina on March 29th. He was rushed to hospital where he was pronounced dead. Cause of death has not been released.
On March 29th Jerid Cole Azure from Fort Qu’Appelle was charged with second degree murder in connection to the death of Aubertin.
On March 30th, Elwin Goodpipe 33, was charged with second-degree murder after a standoff in North Central Regina.
Goodpipe was charged with manslaughter back in 2006, in the death of Wayne Gerald Friday who was found dead in a wooded area on Muscowpetung First Nation in 2004.
Regina police responded to a call of an injured man, at the 700 block of Garnet St. in the North Central area on February 22.
Police found Joshua Michael Harden 26, outside suffering from some unknown trauma. Harden was rushed to hospital where he was confirmed dead later in the day.
Four people have been accused and are facing second degree murder charges, including Skylar Blue Alexson, 22, and three boys, ages 14, 15 and 17.
Matthew John Wells was shot to death in his home on October 22 in Regina. Police were called to the scene at 3:30am on repots of gun fire. Bullet holes could been seen in the window of the home, and Wells was dead on arrival.
Police say the investigation is ongoing. They have no suspects at this time.
A 15year old Regina boy has been charged with second-degree murder in the Oct. 22 death of Matthew Wells.
Robert Brian Oochoo and Jason Dustin Hotomanie 25, of Regina have also been charged with second degree murder.
Police were called to the 1200 block of Robinson Street in Regina, on reports of a deceased male September 13th. Officers and EMS found the body of 16 year old Darian Denzel Moise.
Investigation led police to Lawrence Alvin “Junior” Strongquill, 21,September 18th . Strongquill is facing a second degree murder charge.
The cause of death has not been released.
Officers discovered Jonathon Ewenin’s body August 22, after responding to a report of a deceased person at that address.
Rockwell Ewenin was charged later that same day.
Information about the cause of death hasn’t been released.
22-year-old Trent Mark Pascal, was found dead in front of a home in Regina early morning on May 25. Pascal was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Regina police have charged the Steven Blaine Pascal brother of Trent Pascal, with second degree murder.
An investigation into Yawney’s death began May 24th when officers were called to a home in Regina’s Rosemont neighbourhood. Police found the body of Celeste Yawney.
Second degree murder charges were laid against Duran Redwood Celeste Yawney ex-boyfriend in the death Yawney.
The body found in the alley between Retallack Street and Robinson Street on April 22nd has been identified by police as Timothy Rae Evenson, 55.
No suspects named or charges laid,
The Crown says it will seek adult sentences in the case of two 16-year-old boys charged with the first-degree murder of Hannah Leflar, 16 .
That will mean longer sentences if the teens charged in Regina’s first homicide of 2015 are convicted.
Leflar, 16, was found dead in her Regina home Jan. 12. Two teens, also 16, were later arrested and charged by Regina police. Their names can not be publicized because of their age.

Skylar Prockner, 19, Leflar’s ex boyfriend who was 16 at the time of the murder, was sentenced to life imprisonment with no eligibility for parole for 10 years.
