Sabrina Chouart, Clyde Marshall charged in Sina Parsi homicide

Sabrina Chouart and Clyde Marshall have been charged with first degree murder following their arrest yesterday June 22,  in Niagara Falls.

Chouart, 27, of Gatineau, Que., and Marshall, 36, were the subject of a nationwide manhunt following the death of Sina Parsi . Parsi’s remains were found in a Toronto apartment following his disappearance on June 9.

Two people wanted in the death of Giuseppe (Joe) Caputo 70

On Friday June 19th Niagara Regional Police Service along with Niagara Emergency Medical Services, and Niagara Falls Fire Service were called to an unknown problem.

When officers arrived at the apartment building, a deceased man Caputo, was found in a lower apartment.
Niagara Regional Police say they have obtained first-degree murder warrants for cousins Jasmine Doxtator and Richard William Doxtator, both residents of Hamilton.

 

**Update**

37-year-old Jasmine Doxtator and 38-year-old Richard Doxtator were found June 30th while travelling in a vehicle in Vaughan Ontario.

The pair were taken to St. Catharines to be formally charged with first-degree murder.

Chris Schweitzer murdered by Sean Haverty

Police were called to the area of Tiffany and Woolwich in Guelph on June 17th on reports of an altercation involving two men.

Police found 38 year old Chris Schweitzer dead.

Sean Haverty 48, of Guelph was arrested and has been charged with first degree murder.

Little details are being released on how Chris Schweitzer died but Police are saying the two men did know each other.

 

Larissa Charlie-Stillaway, 22, dies after ‘serious assault’

Cruz Pelletier charge was elevated from aggravated assault to second degree murder following the death of 22-year-old Larissa Charlie-Stillaway on June 17th.

22 year old Larissa Charlie-Stillaway died from injuries sustained during a very serious assault which took place at her residence in the Totem Trailer Court on the morning of June 16, 2015.

Jeremy Ryan Cook fatally shot over cellphone

London police say Jeremy Ryan Cook, 18, left his cellphone in a London taxi and electronically traced it to a parking lot early June 14th. Cook and a relative went to the parking lot around 5:15 a.m. and approached sedan with three men inside. A discussion about the phone followed and the car started to drive away.

Police said Cook held onto the driver’s side door as it drove behind a plaza, where shots were fired.

Cook was found behind the plaza by police responding to the report of gunshots. He suffered from multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police.

Investigators say an arrest warrant, charging Muhab Sultanaly Sultan, 23, of Calgary, Alta. with second degree murder was applied for.

**UPDATE**

Muhab Sultanaly Sultan’s body was recovered from the Rideau River in Ottawa last week. Sultan was a suspect wanted in a shooting death over a stolen cellphone.

Mohamed Ibrahim Sail, is facing a second-degree murder charge in connection with the death of 18-year-old Jeremy Cook. Police said that Sail turned himself in shortly before 8 p.m. July 10th in London, ON.

 

Hasadinn Plain charged with first degree murder of his brother Daniel Plain.

22-year-old Hasadinn Plain, has been charged with murdering his 12-year-old brother inside a downtown Toronto hotel, On June 3rd.

Officers discovered the boy while responding to a stabbing call at Cambridge Suites Hotel.

Daniel Plain, was rushed to nearby St. Mike’s hospital where he was pronounced dead, police said.

Little has been released regarding the circumstances of the murder.

Renee Neganiwina, Hamilton Ontario’s 2nd homicide victim in 2015.

The fire that claimed the life of a 26-year-old Renee Neganiwina has been ruled a homicide, and now the man she lived with is facing second degree murder charges, police announced.

Joseph Snelgrove, 38, who police say was in a relationship with Neganiwina, is now in police custody. Police say the two lived together in the home.

Snelgrove turned himself in to Toronto Police. He was transported back to Hamilton where he was interviewed by detectives from the local homicide unit. Police have now charged him with second degree murder.
