Hamilton Police responded to a 911 call at the Admiral Inn around 2:30 a.m on January 23 where they found the body of Tammy Le 25, of Markham in a guest room.
Little information has been released reading this homicide at this time.

It was Tammy Le’s husband who found her dead in the hotel room. Police say Le’s husband was out of the room for a period of time, and stress that he is not a suspect. Police aren’t releasing the cause of death or how the killer got into the room at this time.
The body of Terry Moore 30, the man suspected of killing Tammy Le, suspected sex worker, was found hanging from a tree Monday morning behind the parking lot at Vanier secondary school around 2 km from the murder scene.
On January 27th Hamilton police said Tammy Le died of external neck compression.
Police are looking for the Good Samaritan who found Moore’s wallet on the night of the homicide. Hamilton Police are also looking for the victim and the suspects cellphones and believe they may be in the area around the Admiral Inn, the ravine or Vanier school.
Police responded to a call of gunshots around 4 a.m on January 19th to the area of Lake Shore Blvd. and 11th St in Etobicoke.
Tevin James, 22, was shot in the stomach, and was rushed to hospital where he later died of his injuries.
Frederick Leon, 20, was arrested Thursday and charged with charged with 35 counts, including aggravated assault, robbery, 28 firearm and weapons-related charges, and five drug-related charges. Since James died in Hospital, Leon also faces a second degree murder charge as of January 22.
Homicide detectives are investigating after a 51 year old man Sebastiano Sinisi was found unconscious and suffering from some trauma in a Brampton industrial park on January 22nd.
The man was rushed to hospital where he died later that night.
Police are expected to release more details soon. They have not yet revealed the identity of the victim, or the cause of death.
On Friday January 29th, police arrested Doru Robas 53, and charged him with one count of first-degree murder.
On January 20th around 6:30 pm, Police received a call of a disturbance in the Kingsway and Princess Margaret Blvd area.
Police found 42 year old Alfredo Patriarca was pronounced dead at the scene. Patriarca was shot and killed inside the garage of an Etobicoke home.

Patriarca was one of two people shot while watching the Euro Cup in Toronto’s Little Italy in 2012. Patriarca was sitting with John Raposo who was shot five times in the head and died from his injuries.
Police have identified the man killed in a Scarborough double shooting on January 20th as 70-year-old Alva Dixon.
When police arrived to the area of Victoria Park Avenue and Finch Avenue they found two people suffering from gunshot wounds. Dixon was pronounced dead at the scene, and the second victim was rushed to hospital with non life threatening injuries.

A neighbor called EMS to a home on January 13th. When paramedics arrived they immediately called police.
Police have not said how Charlotte Hudson 40, died.
Police have arrested Kimberley Fox, a Thunder Bay woman who was sentenced on an aggravated assault charge in 2015, in the death of her boyfriend back in 2012. Kimberley Fox never served any jail time for her crime. Fox has now been charged with second degree murder in the case of Charlotte Hudson.
Police say Alcohol was a contributing factor.
Joseph Petit 17 had just returned from walking the family dog on January 4th, when he went outside to meet two males. Petit did not tell his family where he was going or with whom.
A two minute conversation ended with Petit being shot in the neck. Petit was Rushed to hospital where he succumbed to his injuries on January 7th.
The two suspects reportedly ran towards Victoria Park subway station.

Toronto Police were called to the area of Yonge Street and Eglinton Avenue in midtown Toronto on December 29th and found Zaher Noureddine 25, injured outside a bar.
Noureddine was rushed to hospital where he died shortly after arrival. The cause of death has not been released, however police have said they are not aware of any weapons being used.
“I believe it was a very brazen robbery,” homicide Det. Jeff Allington told reporters near the crime scene. Police say they are looking for three suspects who were wearing dark coloured clothing, and fled the scene in a light coloured four door sedan.
Erin ON, Fire and Emergency Services responded to a call of a brush fire at a small wooded area December 17th.
On arrival they found Frederick John Hatch 65, with no fixed address. Police have not released the cause of death and are desperately trying to contact his next of kin.

Peterborough police said Dr. Andrew Chan 50, a well known Peterborough doctor, was found dead in his home on December 28th. A woman who has not been named, was discovered at the same home and police said she is now in critical but stable condition.
Police have not released the cause of death, but said they were first dispatched to the scene after two calls about stabbings in the home.
Thomas Chan 19, Andrew Chan’s son, is charged with murder and attempted murder in connection with the investigation.
