Kelowna RCMP were called to a residence in the Rutland area on December 19th, 2017 at approximately 5pm.
Police arrived to find Clara Soledad Forman, and her two young daughters Karina Anne Forman, and Yesenia Kate Forman dead at the scene. Police have not released the cause of death.
Jacob Forman has been charged with three counts of second degree murder. Forman’s next court appearance is January 18th.
No other information has been released at this time.
Kelowna police were called orchard located in the 2100 block of Cooper Road on October 11th at approximately 11am on report of a body being found.
Police said the woman was believed to be between the ages of 25 and 35. RCMP Cpl. Jesse O’Donaghey said “
Once the victim has been positively identified, our priority will be to properly notify the woman’s next of kin”
The victim has been identified as Russia Katalina Nicholson 23. Police urge anyone with information to contact them.

Kelowna police responded to Reports of gunshots in the 3400 block of McTaggart Road at around 8:15 p.m on September 1st.
RCMP located the victim suffering from apparent injuries, he was pronounced deceased at the scene. Police have since identified the victim as a 27 year old West Kelowna resident who “lived a high-risk lifestyle”. The Victim’s name has not been made public by police at this time.

Kewlona police were called to a home destroyed by fire in the 900 block of Stockwell Avenue on April 1st, 2017 after a body was found.
In a July 14th 2017 RCMP press release police stated that the body had been identified as 23 year old Michael Madson. Police have said that Michael Madsen’s homicide was related to the drug trade and the organized crime element.

Kelowna RCMP responded to a house on Hein Road on reports of gunshots at around 6am on August 5th. Emergency crews arrived to find 35 year old Benjamin Virgint dead in his home.
An autopsy is still pending to determine the cause of death, and Police believe the attack was targeted.

Kimberly Ansell, 31, and Marcello Verna, 20,were found dead on Shannon Way in Kelowna on March 2nd. The bodies were found off the road in a wooded area.
The couple was found close to each other and there was no sign of a third person involved.
Police believe the death of Ansell and Verna is an isolated incident and are calling it a murder suicide.
Tura Stephen McCarty, 22 was discovered dead in his vehicle on Bear Creek road January 6th. Police were calling the death suspicious, however the death of McCarty is now being classified s a homicide.
Police are not releasing the cause of death.

Police discovered Amardeep Singh Ahluwalia 47 yr-old, body his Feedham Ave home in Kelowna, July 7th. Police are saying little about the man’s death, but do describe his killing as “targeted” and say there is no danger to the public.
Police are not releasing the nature of the death.
51-year-old Warren Welters was found dead inside his residence on June 14th. Police have not revealed the cause of his death.
RCMP arrested Daniel Garth Ruff, 62 and charged him with second-degree murder.
On April 29th Kevin McNally and Jose Amestica got into a fight turned stabbing.
Kevin McNally was transported to hosiptal to be treated for stab woulnds and Amestica was carged with aggravated assault, Thwe carge has since been elevated to second degree murder as McNally passed away on May 2nd in hospital.
