Coquitlam RCMP were called to the North Fraser Pre-Trial holdings after an inmate was severely beaten on April 17th by his cellmate.
Neil Leslie was send to hospital where he died on April 22.
Leslie’s cellmate Zachariah Pakarinen, 27, has been charged with manslaughter in the beating death.
RCMP were called to a home at 46000 Princess Avenue on April 18th on reports of gunfire.
On arrival RCMP found 33 year old David Williams, who had been shot in the face, dead at the scene. Witnesses said there was an argument between a group of people before Williams was shot.
Williams was a father of three and had a baby on the way with his girlfriend Courtney Csada 18.

Daniel Fabas is facing a second degree murder charge in the death of David Williams.
Update August 28th 217
Daniel Fabas, 35, pleaded guilty to manslaughter in the death of David Williams, 33, was sentenced to 7 years in prison on August 27th.
Burnaby police recieved a call of shots fired on April 3rd. On April 4th Police found the body of Ray Jopowicz 41, on the Byrne Creek Trail in Burnaby.
No other information has been released.
No charges have been laid.
Burnaby Mounties were called out to Byrne Creek Trail around 8pm on April 3rd on reports of gunshots. After searching the area mounties found the body of a man on the train. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police have not released the name of the victim at this time.
Robinder Virk 32, of Surrey was was last seen alive, on January 3rd, and was reported missing by family a week later.
On March 3rd 2016, the remains of Virk were found near a home on the Tsawwassen First Nation. Police have not released the cause of death, however they do believe that the homicide was targetted.

RCMP were called to Florence Lake Forest Service Road in Mission after remains were found by a Father on a walk with his children on March 28th. The badly burned body of a woman was later identified as Vikki Heppner 28.
Three days later Ryan Jack Armstrong 29, of Burnaby was arrested and charged with second degree murder and indignity to a body.
On March 11th a 53 year old Woman in Mission BC reported that a white male assaulted her in Fenn Park. Ten days later RCMP officers were sent to a home in the 33000-block of 3rd Avenue on report of a suspicious death. The woman who was found dead was the same woman who was assaulted 10 days prior.
Autopsy showed the cause of death was consistent with injuries she sustained in the assault.
No arrests have been made at this time.
RCMP were called to a residence on 128A Street in Surrey, March 20th after reports of an altercation. On arrival they found two injured women, a 35 year old woman suffering non life threatening injuries and a 61 year old woman who died at the scene.
Sukhvir Badhesa 39, who is related to both of the women has been charged with second degree murder, aggravated assault and uttering threats.
Cause of death has not been released.
Police broke up a fight that erupted on Main and Hastings streets on March 20th at around 4:30 pm.
A 38 year old man seemed to be suffering from an injury that was later determined to be a fatal stab wound. He was transported to hospital where he died a short time after arrival.
No suspects have been arrested at this time, the victims name has not been released.
John Dillon Brown was last seen leaving a home in Campbell River on March 11. At approximately 8p.m on March 12th Brown’s body was found in his vehicle in Sayward, about 40 minutes north of Campbell River.
Police have confirmed that Brown’s death was a result of a targeted attack. The cause of death has not been released at this time.
