Wood Buffalo RCMP responded to report of a disturbance on May 2nd at an apartment on Riverstone Ridge in Fort McMurray.

Police arrived to find one man dead and another man at the scene.  The man was arrested and remains in police custody.

Police are working on identifying the victim, the cause of death has not been released.
