Police started the investigation in the early evening of March 20th after two men alerted police a that a murder had taken place at a Thornhill home.

Police removed several body bags from the house. Police said there was only one victim, however multiple body bags were used because the body was dismembered.

Neighbors said the house was under construction and nobody lived at the residence.

Peizheng Qui 28 was taken into custody and has been charged with first degree murder and indecent interference with a dead body.

The name of the victim will not be released until next of kin has been notified.
