Ottawa police responded to a report of gunshots in the 3300 area of Paul Anka Drive on January 9th at approximately 8:30 pm.

Police located Tarek Dakhil, 23, in medical distress. Dakhil was rushed to Ottawa Hospital by paramedics where he died of his injuries.
