One charged and three people wanted in Windsor homicide

It has been alleged that the four people lured the 26 year old male victim to a Tim Hortons on October 18th, when they abducted the victim.

The victim was found the following day bound, beaten and stabbed multiple times in an apartment building on 605 Mill Street.

The victim was rushed to hospital where he died October 27th.

Police said the witness who called the assault in was 67 year old Walter Smith. Police believe that Smith was involved in the homicide  and has since been charged with forcible confinement and murder.

Windsor police are looking for three other suspects. Dustin Schuh, 26, Daniel Shaw,38,  and Melissa Luyton, 32 all of Windsor, are wanted for kidnapping, forcible confinement and murder.
