Edmonton police have laid second degree murder charges on Joseph Sinclair 20, after Leona Neapetung-Stevens 17, was fatally stabbed on Halloween.

Police discovered the lifeless body of Leona Neapetung-Stevens, after a 911 call directed officers to a townhouse complex at 96th Avenue in Edmonton on Oct. 31.
