Kingston police received a 911 call from a man who made mention of having a gun at a residence on Graceland Avenue on December 5th at approximately 7:30am.

On arrival police located the 76-year-old man and his 78-year-old wife, both with gunshot wounds,  in an upstairs room. The woman was pronounced deceased at the scene. The man was rushed to hospital where he died of his injuries.

Police said the hand gun has been seized and police suspect the76 year old man was responsible for the injuries to both parties.
