Police said the remains of Joseph Topping were found in Elliot Lake on February 14th.  31 year old Topping was reported missing on January 8th.

An autopsy conducted Monday Febryary 26th in Sault Ste. Marie, revealed the death of Topping was a homicide.

No other information has been released at this time. OPP continue to investigate.
