Jordan Carter-Bonfield dies in violent altercation in Orillia – Teenager charged.

Orillia police and paramedics were called to a Tim Horton parking lot on Westmount Drive North, on July 30th at approximately 7:30am on report of a man  in medical distress.

Police arrived to find Jordan Carter-Bonfield, 25,  in serious condition. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Andrew Franklin, 20, of Orillia, who works at the Tim Horton’s were the victim was found has been charged with accessory after the fact to murder.

Police arrested a 17-year-old male who cannot be identified under terms of the Youth Criminal Justice Act and charged him with second degree murder in the death of Jordan Carter-Bonfield.
