Paul Andrew Brown,  had just returned from the Montreal courthouse where he was setting new dates in a case where he faced charges of sexual offences involving minors.

Montreal police arrested Jessie Quannaaluk Tuesday feb 17th after Brown was found dead with knife wounds to the upper body in Verdun.
