Four people shot to death in Fredericton including two Fredericton Police Force officers – Victims identified

Fredericton police responded to report of a shooting at an apartment in the 200 block of Brookside Drive at approximately 7:10am  on August 10th.

Responding officers arrived to find 4 victims, two Fredericton Police officers, 45-year-old Cst. Lawrence Robert (Robb) Costello and 43-year-old Cst. Sara Mae Helen Burns, and two Fredericton residents, 42-year-old Donald Adam Robichaud and 32-year-old Bobbie Lee Wright.

Matthew Vincent Raymond, 48, was arrested and charged will all four deaths. No other information has been released at this time.

Update August 12th
It is alleged that Matthew Vincent Raymond fired  from the window of his third-floor apartment killing the four victims in the parking lot below. Raymond has been charged with four counts of first degree murder.
