UPDATE: Charges laid in 2015 Fire causing the death of Gregory Alan Fenton

Edmonton police have confirmed that Gregory Alan Fenton 54, the man that died in an apartment fire November 29th was a victim of homicide.

Edmonton Police initially said the fire was suspicious, but has now been ruled a homicide.

Little information has been release, as the homicide is still under investigation.

UPDATE – September 13th

On September 13th 2016, Police charged Dakota Kashtin Cappo, 23, with first degree murder and arson with disregard for human life in the death of Gregory Alan Fenton.
