Update 2 charged with 1st degree murder – Dylan Greenaway dies of a gunshot wound in the parking lot of a Toronto School

Toronto police responded to a medical distress call on Thursday March 16th at around 7am in the parking lot of Alvin Curling Public School.

Police arrived to find Dylan Greenaway, 21, of Toronto suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Toronto District School Board says no students were at the school during this incident because of March break.

Update February 12th, 2019
Toronto police said that Hafis Mohideen-Hassan, 20, of Toronto, and Mohammad Patel, 20, of Toronto, were both arrested on February 11th. Mohideen-Hassan has been charged with first-degree murder, and Patel has been charged with first-degree murder and possession of a restricted firearm. It is alleged that a loaded, semi-automatic pistol was found during his arrest.
