Colin Hill, a realtor who lived in Cloverdale, was shot dead in his home while trying to protect his family from a burglar on July 12th.

Becky Zhou, Hill’s wife said her husband tried blocking their door to keep the intruder outside the house, but lost the struggle.

22year old Khouri Lamar Green, has been charged with second degree murder after what police say was a random killing.

Police say Hill, 42, did not know his alleged killer.
