Police are searching for a gunman following the fatal shooting Charles Shillingford October 31st.

Police say the victim was trying to flee the scene after being shot while sitting in his car on Charles Street, near Yonge Street. He drove down Yonge and then crashed his car, south of College Street.

Shillingford was transported to hospital where he later died.

Jahmal Joseph Richardson, 31, of Oakville; Kyle Sparks MacKinnon, 26, of Toronto; Mitchell Mannette, 20, of Halifax; and Denzell Tyresse Walter Desmond, 19, of Halifax; were all arrested and charged with first-degree murder. They will appear in court May 19th 2016.
