Charges laid in the homicide of Matthew Perry

London Police responded to a call of medical distress on January 6th at around 5:00 pm at 446 King Street. Police arrived to find Matthew Perry 24 severely injured outside the apartment building.

Perry was rushed to hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. A second victim was found in the 4th floor apartment but was expected to survive.

Autopsy reports revealed the Perry’s injuries were sustained from a fall from height.

Three people, William Tombs, 41, David George, 37, and Allan Baptiste, 47, have been charged with manslaughter as well Forcible Confinement, assault, and kidnapping (the second victim).

Five other people Clayton More, 34, Tabitha Williams, 35, Amanda Onstad, 28, Justin Christensen, 28, and Bradley Smith, 35 have been charged with two counts of forcible confinement, two counts of assault, and one count of kidnapping (the second victim)
