Update 4th man charged – Calgary Homicide 27: Ezzulddin Al-Ogaidi 17 found dead, 3 men charged

Calgary police were called to a residence on San Diego Way om Saturday December 3 for a check on welfare. When police arrived they did not find anyone in need of help.

Calgary Police received a call on December 4th reporting a possible murder that happened at the same home as the address the night before.

Police located the body of Ezzulddin Al-Ogaidi north of Morley on Monday December 5th. An autopsy will be conducted to determine the cause of death.

Ahmed Abid, 24, Mohammed Khalil, 28, and Ashraf Jasem Ajil, 23, have all been charged with accessory after the fact to murder.

UPDATE December 8th
Martin Hamid Ahmet, 21, has been charged with manslaughter in the death of Al-Ogaid as well as careless use of a firearm, pointing a firearm, possession of a weapon for dangerous purpose, possession of a firearm without a license and possession of a weapon obtained by crime.
