Update: Beata Paciorek of Brampton found dead in a U-Haul

Peel police have said that 35 year old Beata Paciorek had been reported missing on May 19th, and was though to have been with several others in a U-Haul headed to Sudbury.

Police said that witnesses lead them to believe that Paciorek was murdered between Brampton and the Greater Sudbury Area.

On May 20th Sault Ste. Marie police arrested Mike Madill 28 & Amy MacDonald 37  The pair were charged with first degree murder under the direction of Peel Police.

On May 21 a warrant was issued to search the U-Haul, Paciorek’s body was found in a rear compartment.

Update May 30
A third person has been arrested and charged with first degree murder in the death on Beata Paciorek. Peel Homicide officers arrested Rick Snow of Brampton on May 30th, Snow will be held pending a bail hearing in Parry Sound on Wednesday May 31.
