Police and paramedics were called to a home in Orléans (an ottawa suburb) at July 7th for an emergency call. They found Michael McRae, 51 suffering from multiple stab wounds. McRae was taken to hospital,where he died from his injuries.

Police responded to an emergency call on July 5th and found Yvon Flageole, 78, dead in an apartment in Rouyn-Noranda.
Michel Gauthier 38, was arrested and taken into police custody.
The circumstances surrounding the death are still unknown, however Gauthier, was charged with first degree murder Monday July 6th.
The baby’s mother, also the man’s wife, called police Sunday evening when Rafal Zembowicz, and baby Adam didn’t return to Montreal home after leaving earlier in the day.
Rafal Zembowicz 39, and Adam Zembowicz 10 months were found dead July 5th in a shed on Zembowicz property in what appears to be a murder suicide.
An autopsy will be performed on both bodies to determine the cause of the deaths.
Little information has been released in the case of the Terrebonne double murder.
The bodies of a 37 year old man and a 36 year old woman were found inside a vehicle June 3rd in a parking lot in Terrebonne.
Police said the pair had been shot. Police have not yet released the identities of the two bodies.
On July 5th Police responded to a call of a domestic dispute in Vineland. On arrival they found a 50 year old man standing beside his 73 year old wheelchair bound mother in a pool of gasoline. The man lit a match before officers could stop him.
One officer attempted to save the woman, but slipped in the gasoline, and caught fire himself. The officers escaped the burning home and the fire was extinguished.
Both mother and son died of smoke inhalation and carbon monoxide poisoning.
Marie-Josee Sills, 30, and Benoit Cote, 51, died after they were shot July 3 outside a law firm. The victims were rushed to Hospital. Police confirmed July 4 that they had died of their injuries.
Police are investigating three other deaths at a family home in Boucherville and they believe these murders are linked.
The victims in that home have been identified as Michel Dubuc and his two sons, Gabriel, aged 19 and Jeremie, 21.
This is still under investigation.
Officers were called to a home on Red Head Road on July 3 for a well being check. As Police entered the home, they heard a gunshot.
A 51 year old man and a 50 year old woman were found dead. Their names will not be released.
On June 26 Dylan Darren DeBreau, 23, was fatally beaten in a Kitchener parking lot. DeBreau was air lifted to Hamilton General for treatment.
The day after the incident, DeBreau was pronounced brain dead with no hope of recovery and on July 2nd, he was removed from life support.
Edward Joseph Bush, 41, was charged on July 3rd by Waterloo Regional Police for manslaughter.
Police have identified the man who was stabbed to death on July 2nd as 25 yearold Dionecio Nelson of Brampton.
Police said Nelson was leaving a party in a home in the early morning when he was stabbed. Investigators think this may have been a random incident.
Police are looking for two suspects in relation to the incident.

RCMP have charged a resident of the Stoney Nakoda First Nation Tristan Wesley, 27 with murder in connection with the death of his father Myles McLean on Canada Day.
The victim’s identity has not been released, but RCMP confirm he was a 55-year-old man from the Morley First Nation.
