Andrew Merlin Schriver of Central , Waterville has been charged with second degree murder in the death of Richard Foster of Bull Lake.

On August 2nd police found Foster and Schriver in a home in Central Waterville, suffering from stab wounds.

The pair was transported to hospital where Foster died overnight. Upon release from the hospital Schriver was arrested in connection with the death.

Schriver is in jail until his next court appearance on November 19th.
