The death of an 81-year-old man at a Halifax continuing care facility is being treated as a homicide.

Halifax Police say the un-named man, died Sept 21 in the evening.  The 71-year-old man who pushed the elderly victim, causing him to fall, and later die from his injury will not be charged because he has a cognitive impairment.
