Missing teens, Dylan Laboucan 17, and Cory Grey 19 found dead

Dylan Laboucan 17, and Cory Grey 19, were found dead in two different locations, after the couple went missing from their home on Whitefish River First Nation on July 23rd.

On July 25th Laboucan was found roughly 6 km from the trailer where the two lived. Grey was found on July 26th in a different location.

Autopsies conducted determined that both Laboucan and Grey died of gunshot wounds.

Police believe the deaths were targeted.

Edward Devin Boyce Gladue, from Whitefish Lake First Nation has been arrested and is facing two charges of second degree murder.

Judith Élémond apparently met the man accused of her murder online

Judith Élémond 22, was found in her Victoriaville  apartment with life threatening injuries on July 27th. She was rushed to hospital where she died of her injuries.

In the afternoon of July 27th Jean François Toupin Houle 24, turned himself in to police.  Toupin Houle is facing a first degree murder charge.

Élémon’s cause of death has not been released at this time.

Shot after the police arrived…Little information on Jenyon Middleton shooting

Toronto police were called to a home on Howard Park Avenue at around 6am July 24th on reports of a potential shooting.

Jenyon Middleton, 30, was shot in the chest in Roncesvalles Village after police arrived. The Police department has not said if Middleton was armed or if officers fired their weapons.

Middleton was rushed to hospital where he died of his injuries. A 25 year old woman was also rushed to hospital with serious injuries.

SUI has taken over the case.

Jenyon Middleton’s younger brother was also shot to death last year.

 

Travis Dennis charged after remains found near Watson Lake

Travis Dennis 22, has been charged with second-degree murder and human body by dismemberment, after human remains were found on a property near Watson Lake on July 16th.

The case of death has not been released at this time.

The victims name cannot be released under a publication ban.

Jatinder Sandhu shot to death in Surrey

Surrey police were called to the 14300 block of 90A Avenue on July 23, at approximately 10:30 pm on reports of a shooting. Police arrived to find Jatinder Sandhu 28, and his friend Sean Pasha  injured.

The pair had just come from a coffee when they were shot at while parked in Pasha’s driveway. The two men were rushed to hospital where Sandhu died from a head wound. Pasha was treated for a non life threatening gunshot wound.

Police have no suspects at this time.

One man dead after a fight near Toronto’s St. Lawrence Market

Toronto Police were called to Market Lane Park on July 18th at around 9:30pm on report of an injured man after a street fight that is thought to have involved up to 6 people.

Emergency crews arrived to find a 50 year old man unconscious, without vitals and suffering from a troubling head wound. The man was rushed to hospital where he was pronounced dead.

A 43 year old man was taken into custody. The names of the victim and the suspect have not been released.

Senior charged with the death of his wife

Montreal police are investigating a house fire that took the life of a 75 year old Teresa Cohen, on July 10th at around 2pm. Evidence collected at the scene lead police to believe the fire was purposely set.

Homicide investigators continue to investigate.

Salomon Abeassis 80 has been charged with the first degree murder of his 75 year old wife Teresa Cohen.
