On Friday June 19th Niagara Regional Police Service along with Niagara Emergency Medical Services, and Niagara Falls Fire Service were called to an unknown problem.
When officers arrived at the apartment building, a deceased man Caputo, was found in a lower apartment.
Niagara Regional Police say they have obtained first-degree murder warrants for cousins Jasmine Doxtator and Richard William Doxtator, both residents of Hamilton.
37-year-old Jasmine Doxtator and 38-year-old Richard Doxtator were found June 30th while travelling in a vehicle in Vaughan Ontario.
The pair were taken to St. Catharines to be formally charged with first-degree murder.

Police responded to a report of a fight and stabbing on Portland June 19th and found Knoll unconscious on the sidewalk. The Dartmouth man was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics.
Michelle Florence Rhyno of Dartmouth is facing charges of manslaughter and robbery.

Cross Lake RCMP charged Dennis Mitchell McLeod, 20, with second degree murder in the deaths of two men.
Cross Lake Mounties started when a fight broke out June 19th at a home. Upon arriving, RCMP said officers found two men injured. They were later pronounced dead at hospital.
RCMP declined to name the victims.
Police were called to the area of Tiffany and Woolwich in Guelph on June 17th on reports of an altercation involving two men.
Police found 38 year old Chris Schweitzer dead.
Sean Haverty 48, of Guelph was arrested and has been charged with first degree murder.
Little details are being released on how Chris Schweitzer died but Police are saying the two men did know each other.
Cruz Pelletier charge was elevated from aggravated assault to second degree murder following the death of 22-year-old Larissa Charlie-Stillaway on June 17th.
22 year old Larissa Charlie-Stillaway died from injuries sustained during a very serious assault which took place at her residence in the Totem Trailer Court on the morning of June 16, 2015.
The woman found dead in an Edmonton alley, tied up in a shopping cart June 16th, has been identified as 42-year-old Andrea Marie Berg. Berg’s body was discovered with her legs bound and tape over her mouth.
The medical examiner found she died of blunt force trauma and police are calling her death a homicide.
Lana Jane Pelletier, 42, is charged with second-degree murder. John Charles Kisil, 50, is charged with being an accessory after the fact
51-year-old Warren Welters was found dead inside his residence on June 14th. Police have not revealed the cause of his death.
RCMP arrested Daniel Garth Ruff, 62 and charged him with second-degree murder.
London police say Jeremy Ryan Cook, 18, left his cellphone in a London taxi and electronically traced it to a parking lot early June 14th. Cook and a relative went to the parking lot around 5:15 a.m. and approached sedan with three men inside. A discussion about the phone followed and the car started to drive away.
Police said Cook held onto the driver’s side door as it drove behind a plaza, where shots were fired.
Cook was found behind the plaza by police responding to the report of gunshots. He suffered from multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police.
Investigators say an arrest warrant, charging Muhab Sultanaly Sultan, 23, of Calgary, Alta. with second degree murder was applied for.
Muhab Sultanaly Sultan’s body was recovered from the Rideau River in Ottawa last week. Sultan was a suspect wanted in a shooting death over a stolen cellphone.
Mohamed Ibrahim Sail, is facing a second-degree murder charge in connection with the death of 18-year-old Jeremy Cook. Police said that Sail turned himself in shortly before 8 p.m. July 10th in London, ON.
The body of Stinson, 49, was found June 12, near the Red River in downtown Winnipeg.
Steven Anthony Morrisseau has been charged with second degree murder.
Police say Stinson and Morrisseau were roommates and on June 12, they were drinking alcohol under a train bridge when they began arguing. The argument ended when Morrisseau shot Stinson.
Maryam Rashidi had been working as a gas station attendant in Calgary for three days when she chased the stolen truck out of the parking lot after the driver fuelled up and drove off without paying on June 9th. Rashidi, 35, died in hospital of her injuries.
Joshua Cody Mitchell, 20, is charged with criminal negligence causing death, dangerous driving causing death, hit and run causing death, and possession of stolen property over $5,000, and theft.
